Cook the red lentil paste according to the brand's instructions.

In a frying pan sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms cut into slices until everything is poached. Add a few spoonfuls of cooking water and truffle sauce (I use the one from Mercadona) to taste, I put a spoonful and mix.

Once everything is mixed and the pasta is cooked, we put it all together in the pan, sauté and sauté until some of the water evaporates. To finish we turn off the fire and add fresh cheese to finish the sauce, mix and ready.
