Start by mixing the powdered ingredients, i.e. flour, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla and baking powder. Once this is all integrated if you want you can sift it.

After mixing the powdered elements, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. And we will add the liquid elements to the mixture; the milk and the oil. If necessary, melt the coconut oil a little, in my case I did it, since it is liquid, it helps to integrate better with the dough.

Once the dough has all the elements integrated, we move on to shaping it. In my case, with the help of the rolling pin, I was kneading to reduce the volume of the dough and in this way to make the cookies with the mold. I put them on the baking tray (protected with baking paper) and decorated them with pieces of 85% chocolate.

To finish, bake the cookies for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees, approximately. Check the oven, as we know that everyone is different.

Take them out of the oven, let them cool and enjoy!

NOTE: the measures of chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla are to taste. And of course you can use other "milk", flour, etc.
