Cut all the ingredients into small cubes, except the carrot that I have grated. Start frying the onion with a little oil and add the rest of the ingredients. Then add the tomato and let it cook. Finally we add the tuna, I have added 3 cans. Let it all cook to taste, until it becomes like a ratatouille.

If our ratatouille is juicy and has enough sauce, it is not necessary to hydrate the lasagna plates, if not, put them in hot water for about 10 minutes. In a glass baking dish put a layer of ratatouille, then plates, then another layer of ratatouille with cheese, another layer of plates and finally ratatouille and cheese to taste on top. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
