Sauté the squid, shrimp and emperor (or swordfish); once sautéed, remove the shrimp.

Add the chopped garlic and grated tomato and continue frying. When the garlic is golden brown add the rice and the sweet paprika.

Fry the rice and add the FISH BROTH (which I have not put in ingredients, because in my case it is homemade and the amount I put according to the cups, but it will be 700ml approx), very important: for each glass of rice three cups of broth.

Leave over medium heat between 15 and 20', until the paella is ready.
