Heat 75 ml of oil.

Salt and cook the meat just enough to change color on both sides and set aside.

In the same oil, sauté the garlic and almonds previously cut into large pieces.

Add the fried tomato, stir and add the reserved meat.

Keep on low heat for one hour and reduce if, at the end, there is too much broth.
