Grilled egg with carrot potatoes in the Airfryer

TO MAKE THE CARROT 🥕 Wash and peel. Cut to the desired thickness (in this case I cut it very thin so that it takes less time to cook). Cook the carrot in the Airfryer with the EVOO and spices. In my case I put them at 180° about 8 or 9 minutes (it will also depend on the thickness of the carrot sticks).

FOR THE EGG 🍳 Heat the frying pan with a pinch of EVOO and add the egg when it is hot. Put a pinch of salt and serve over the carrot to complete this magnificent combined dish!!!!

TIP: before putting the carrots in the Airfryer, put them in the microwave for about 3 minutes to soften them (this trick can also be used with other products such as potatoes so that they are not hard inside).
