First we make the sauce: We put all the ingredients in a bowl to crush the: four pieces of piquillo bell pepper, a handful of walnuts, two tablespoons of EVOO and two tablespoons of Grana Padano cheese. Add a pinch of salt to taste

The amount of walnuts will depend on the type of texture you want to achieve. With Grana Padana cheese the same, it is better to start with two spoonfuls and add to taste.
