Previously soak the dates in hot water to be able to pearl them and separate the stone. Mix all the ingredients and add 30-50mL of the water with which we have soaked the dates. To mix it easier we can first crush the dates together with the 30-50 mL of water with the blender.

Expand the mixture between two vegatales papers with a roller.

Cut with a coffee cup to give the cookies a rounded shape

Bake for 12 minutes (approximately, depending on the oven) at 200 degrees Celsius.
