In my case I have filled it with spinach, egg, feta cheese and smoked salmon.

as a tip, pour the egg in the middle first after turning the crepe, cover and wait for it to be set (about 3-4' on high heat). add the other ingredients, fold the edges and serve!!! nyam 😋
