Wash the mushrooms and let them drain in a colander while chopping the garlic into very small pieces.

In a frying pan, add the teaspoon of oil and the chopped garlic. Let the garlic brown gradually over medium-low heat.

Add the drained mushrooms to the browned garlic and turn up the heat a little so that the mushrooms begin to brown while they take on the flavor of the garlic.

Once the mushrooms are golden brown, remove the pan from the heat and serve. And...ready!

Optional: if desired, add a little salt (to taste) to the mushrooms.
