First we cut the vegetables to taste, I have cut them into very small pieces. Fry the onion, leek and bell pepper.

Cut the tomato into small pieces or crush it, add it to the pot and let it continue frying.

When it has finished frying, add the spices, a splash of broth, a splash of wine and a few turns.

Add the beans, potatoes and carrots. Add the remaining wine and broth. Leave it over medium heat for about 35-40 minutes and it's ready! 🌱
