In a bowl, serve the previously chopped lettuce, the avocado and half mango cut into cubes and the cherry tomatoes cut in half.

FOR THE VINAIGRETTE: Grind a handful of pumpkin seeds with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and a teaspoon of parsley, with the help of a blender until a fine texture is obtained. Add the vinaigrette to our salad and ready to enjoy!
