Cut all the vegetables into thin strips and place them in a baking dish on parchment paper. Preferably put the potatoes first. Season all the vegetables once they have been placed in the dish and add a spoonful of oil.

Clean the chicken (removing the skin and/or fat) and season with oregano, black pepper, garlic powder and salt on both sides.

Place the chicken on the bed of vegetables and add another spoonful of oil. Put in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180ºC . Once the time has elapsed, remove and pour the white wine and chicken broth, add a little salt and put back in the oven until the chicken thighs are golden brown. And eat!
