Bring salted water to boil in a large pot and add the pasta. Cook according to the instructions on the package and remove the pasta when it is al dente (in my case it is fresh pasta, so I removed it after 2 minutes). Reserve one cup of the pasta water.

Meanwhile, in a frying pan or saucepan, heat the butter over low/medium heat with the pepper and stir so that it does not burn.

When the pasta is cooked, add to the pan with the butter and mix well. Turn off the heat, add the cheese and a little of the reserved water. Mix everything well so that the cheese melts and serve!
