First we make the dough by gathering the flour, water and salt in a bowl. Knead and stretch it very thin. With a glass we make circles.

Let's make the stuffing. I have made some with chicken and some with pork. First we poach the carrot with the cabbage in a pan with EVOO. Once done, remove half of it and set aside. In the rest of the pan add the chicken and stir. Add soy sauce and I have added teriyaki. Once done, fill the circles we had made and shape them. Once this is done we do the same with the pork.

In a frying pan with a little EVOO we put our giozas and after a few minutes, when we see that it has browned a little add a little water and cover for 3 minutes. They are ready!
