Cut the garlic, onion, bell pepper and carrots into small cubes and put them on the fire with a little EVOO.

Once cooked, add the crushed tomato with water until it overflows the vegetables and wait 5 minutes.

Grind and add all the spices.

Fry the potatoes with the minimum of oil (I used a food processor) or previously cooked in the oven.

Pour the chickpeas (previously washed with plenty of water), the potatoes, the chicken and the diced chorizo into the pot.

Mix everything well and wait about 5-10 minutes so that everything is impregnated with the flavor.
