Wash, peel and cut the vegetables into small pieces. Fry the vegetables with a dash of AOVE and when they are a little poached, add the water and let cook for 15-20 min. (the amount of water is to taste, I do not like the cream very liquid and with a glass or a little more is enough for me).

Once the vegetables are cooked, add spices to taste, the cream cheese and blend. Taste in case salt needs to be added.

Serve with a drizzle of EVOO on top, a hard-boiled egg and spices.
