In a saucepan add the chickpea flour and the chosen liquid. It can be water, some broth or as in my case soy drink. We choose the spices to taste (this together with the liquid is what will give flavor), in my case I put cumin, dill and white pepper. - Cook the mixture over medium heat and stir all the time with a whisk. - ⏳ As time goes by, the heat will thicken the dough until it becomes a chickpea paste. The more compact we leave it, the firmer the tofu will be when it cools. - When it has thickened to taste, we place it in a mold with a film or with a little AOVE💛 so that it does not stick. - Let it cool out of the refrigerator and once it has cooled, let it cool in the refrigerator. - 😋 Once completely cold, it will be ready to eat. I highly recommend browning it in a non-stick pan with a little EVOO💛.
