Cut the cabbage, zucchini and carrot into strips and place in a bowl.

Give it a round shape with the help of a spatula or spoon, and let it brown. You will know that one side is ready when the oatmeal dough on the edges changes color and no longer looks uncooked. Turn the pancake over with the help of a plate and wait a couple of minutes.

Remove the pancake from the pan and repeat the steps until the mixture is finished.

You can put some sesame seeds on top and serve with soy sauce.
