1- Heat the water in the micro so that it is lukewarm and add the yeast. 2- In a bowl, mix the flour, oil and salt. When it is mixed, add the yeast and start making the dough. 3- Knead and then let the mixture rest for 1 hour to rise (it doesn't rise much). 4- Once the hour has passed, knead again and shape the pizza. 5- Put all the toppings on top and put the pizza in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes (the time will vary from one oven to another, the thing is to keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn).
