Rice with texturized soybeans and vegetables

Soak the soybeans in a bowl. Meanwhile, where we are going to make the rice, pour a tablespoon of oil, and add the garlic that we have previously cut into slices.

Being brown rice the calculation of the water is more complicated, if you see that you run out of water, add a little more, but always very hot.

After cooking the rice, cut the peppers into small pieces and add them to a frying pan with the rest of the oil. Let them cook a little, cut the onion into small pieces and add them to the peppers, and add salt.

When the peppers and onion are practically done, drain the soy (the 20 minutes will have passed) and add it to the frying pan, stirring well and allowing everything to cook well.

To make everything a little juicier, put a couple of spoonfuls of fried tomato on the vegetables (if you want it juicier, put more tomato), stir well and let it all finish cooking in love and company.

When the rice and vegetables have finished cooking, we put everything together, stir and it is ready to eat.
