Put the hake in a microwave safe dish. I have used loins, in other occasions I use fillets or slices and it is done in the same way.

Salt, Provencal herbs and thyme (or spices of choice) on each tenderloin on both sides.

Add a splash of EVOO on top and the juice of a lemon.

Microwave at maximum power for 10 minutes. The time varies depending on the microwave so keep checking. The hake will be perfect when the "water" it releases when it is cooked is completely reduced. I have accompanied with spinach salad, lamb's lettuce, tomato, goat cheese, walnuts, pistachios and seeds. Enjoy!
