Peel and cut the potato into small pieces. Cook it in a saucepan with water or in the microwave until it is soft.

I cook it in a saucepan, so taking advantage of the remaining cooking water (a little, then you can add more water to taste depending on how liquid you prefer your cheese) I grind all the ingredients right there. Add the nutritional yeast first (I added 1/4 cup), mash and then add the rest of the ingredients and mash again until smooth.

For pizza I use the same recipe but without the sweet paprika and turmeric. It is softer🤗 Will have to try it also for pasta🙌.

I'm sorry I measure in cups and I don't fit in the list of ingredients in the app😅 I used a medium potato and it gave me enough for the sauce for the nuggets and enough left over to cover a large pizza🙊🙉. The spices I always add a little by eye🤷♀️

The nutritional yeast gives it the creamy texture. If you haven't tried it yet it is very easy to use and add in many recipes😃.
