Mash 4 of the baked apples, reserving one to put at the end.

Mix all wet ingredients: Eggs, applesauce, date paste, vegetable drink, vanilla essence.

Add the dry ingredients. Mix little by little until a homogeneous dough is obtained.

Pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper, add the reserved apple and bake (previously heated oven) at 200ºC for about 30 minutes or when a toothpick comes out clean.
