The knuckle in this recipe is optional. In my case it is brined knuckle (it is not registered in the app) so there is no need to add salt to the vegetables.

Prepare the Codillo with garlic and onion almost covered with water in the pressure cooker for about 40 minutes.

Once done, remove the knuckle and add the cabbage and the potato with the water left in the pot. Boil until the vegetables are done or, if using the pressure cooker, 10 minutes.

Put the knuckle in the oven at 230 degrees for about 30 minutes. 15 minutes on one side and 15 on the other. So that it is toasted.

Add the knuckle to the vegetables and eat!
