1. Wash the onion and carrot and cut them into strips, sauté them with a little EVOO (I added salt, pepper and garlic powder). 2. Prepare the couscous according to the package. 3. Cook the egg 4. Serve the couscous, add the vegetables, chopped egg, tuna and olives , season to taste. (It is better to use wholemeal couscous☺)
