First, soak the soybeans in a bucket of cold water for 15 minutes.

Once the time has elapsed, drain very well so that no water remains.

The raw potato is scratched it very small size.

And with a blender the Soya together with the fresh onion, the potato and the garlic is crushed very finely.

Then add salt, pepper, olive oil, the egg and the 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour and finely chopped dill and mix everything very well.

We take a spoonful of the mixture and with our hands we shape the pancakes. We put them on a tray with baking paper for about 15, 20 min. at 180 degrees. They are delicious. Enjoy.
