Chop the broccoli and mix it with the other ingredients. We make the shape of the hamburger and pass it back and forth on the grill with a little EVOO.

For the bread: mix in a bowl 250 grams of 100% whole wheat flour, a tablespoon of yeast and a teaspoon of salt. Mix and make a hole in the middle where we will add 150ml of water and two tablespoons of EVOO.

Mix everything together (I put flax seeds on top of the dough) and leave it in the microwave for 5 minutes. Then cut it in half and take it to the toaster to make it crispier.

I added crumbled feta cheese on top of the burger 馃崝.
