Chop all the spices (garlic, onion, chili) in very small julienne strips and sauté in the pan over medium heat along with the fried tomato.

Add the minced meat and a splash of apple cider vinegar and let it change color. When it is drying, remove from the stove and save for later.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees while you cut the breading dough into 6 equal parts. Place the minced meat in the center and shape it into a patty.

In the next step you place the dumplings on the baking sheet with the baking paper and cover them with cooking cream (you can also cover them with egg to make them more golden brown). This step is optional, but it adds more softness and flavor to the dumplings.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Turn over and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve with salad and a sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
