Rice with vegetables, pork loin and soy sauce

In a frying pan with oil, add the garlic and the bell pepper and stir for a couple of minutes. Then add the onion and the zucchini. Stir and wait for them to brown a little.

Next, add the tenderloin steaks in small pieces. When they are done, add the almonds and the soy sauce.

The next step would be to add the rice. Fry it with the rest of the ingredients for a minute before adding the water to cook it.

Finally. Add a glass of water, and add a little more as it is absorbed. If you are short, you can add more soy sauce when the rice is cooked. It takes about 20 minutes, depending on the type of rice. I have used basmati because it is the one I like the most.
