Put the peeled bananas in a bowl.

We can squeeze lemon juice over the bananas so that they do not oxidize. It does not alter the flavor of the flan. Optional.

Add the 4 eggs to the bowl.

Beat with a hand blender.

Add the milk. Any milk will do, although I have used soy milk (almond milk, cow milk...).

Add vanilla essence and grated coconut (optional).

Blend and strain in a fine sieve if you want to remove any remaining banana.

Bake in a bain-marie oven at 180° until a toothpick is inserted and comes out dry (the time varies according to the oven).
