Roast the sliced sweet potato (without skin) in the oven (20min) or in the micro (about 8min). Once ready, mash it with a fork in the baking dish you are going to use.

Add the vegetable drink (or milk), cinnamon and nutmeg to taste, and stir until well integrated. Bake at 180° for about 12 minutes.

You can serve it with banana, peanut butter, one ounce of chocolate, minimum 85%, etc.
