Cut the meat into small pieces, and put it in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and half a chopped garlic. To macerate at least half an hour

Cook spinach and bean sprouts.

Sauté the carrots and mushrooms with a little salt. When they are half cooked, add the meat to the pan.

In parallel, we cook 5 tablespoons of rice (remember that it expands during cooking).

For the dressing, mix 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon cayenne (if you are not used to spicy add half) and 1 chopped garlic.

To serve it the bibimbap is served in a bowl, at the bottom is placed the rice, and on it the vegetables and meat. An egg or raw yolk is traditionally added on top, but DO NOT DO IT, use fried or poached eggs.
