Macaroni with bell bell pepper sauce 🍝

Wash and cut the red bell pepper and garlic into medium-sized pieces.

In a frying pan with a little olive oil, sauté both vegetables over medium-low heat until they are very soft.

While the vegetables (bell pepper and garlic) are roasting, take the opportunity to cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water. Cook it for the time indicated in the instructions. Once it is ready, reserve one and a half cups of the cooking water.

Once the vegetables are ready, pour them into the blender jar along with the walnuts and one cup of the reserved water. Blend for several minutes, until the sauce is homogeneous, without pieces of walnuts. Check if it needs a little more salt or if it is fine and correct if necessary. If you feel it is too thick, add a little more of the reserved water.

Mix the sauce with your macaroni and devour it!
