We take the romaine lettuce and separate the leaves that we are going to consume. I took two for each one. Wash them well and let them dry. Chop the tomato and set aside.

On the other hand, cut the breast into strips. Cut the onion and peppers into julienne strips. In a frying pan with aove we poach the onion and the peppers, when they are half done we add the chicken, the salt and the tex mex seasoning or spices that we use to give the tex touch. When ready, reserve on a plate.

Take the lettuce leaves and proceed to plate. On a dry and clean leaf we place the desired amount of chicken with the peppers. On top we add some chopped tomato and some corn. Finally sprinkle with the guacamole and the natural yogurt. Ready to eat!
