Dice the tuna and cut the red onion into small cubes.

In a frying pan with a little oil, add the tuna and brown it a little, just enough so that it is cooked on the outside but not too much. Then remove the tuna and add a clove of garlic, onion, paprika, parsley and black pepper to taste.

When the onion is golden brown, add the tuna again, stir and add the soy sauce. Let it sauté for a minute and add the rice. Let it cook for a couple of minutes and add the water.

When the water is consumed, turn off the heat and cover the pan with a napkin for 10 minutes to let it rest. Serve and ready! 😁
