Baked trout with stuffed loin and sweet onion.

Preparación de la receta

Heat the oven to 180°. Cut the onion into feathers and the loin into small cubes.

Mix onion and loin and put it inside the hole of the trout that is clean.

We pour a little oil on the skin of the trout, we put spices, in my case al, pepper and basil. More we have the skin so that it is impregnated with the mixture.

Cut the back of the trout to place some lemon slices.

Put it in the oven for about 15 minutes. Check that the eye is white.
