Sauté the green bell pepper, garlic and tomato. Blend. Set aside.

In the same frying pan, fry the onion and the bell pepper, chopped very small. When done, add the tuna loins to brown on both sides.

Add the rice to the bell pepper, onion and tuna so that it gets a little flavor and add the sofrito we made at the beginning. Stir for a couple of minutes.

Add twice as much water as rice and leave until the rice is done.
