Preheat the oven to 180 degrees up and down.

Peel the carrot and the onion.

Cut the carrot and onion into thin strips and add to the frying pan with a little EVOO.

We leave it on the fire and while we cut the cabbage into thin strips and add it to the pan.

Let it cook for about 15 minutes until the carrot and onion are soft.

In the meantime, we fillet the breast very thinly.

Once the 15 minutes have elapsed, take the filleted breast and add the carrot, onion and cabbage and make rolls, if necessary we stick a toothpick to hold it well, we do the same procedure with all the breasts until we finish the mixture in the pan.

Put the spring rolls on a tray with baking paper. And with oil spray or would be about two tablespoons of AOVE and two tablespoons of soy sauce and sprinkle on top of the rolls, then add some chia seeds and sesame seeds in my case. We leave in the oven for about 10/15 minutes until the breast is done.
