Chop the chocolate in a bowl with the coconut oil (1 tablespoon per bar, i.e. per nougat).

We put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes to melt it.

- Chop the walnuts and cut the dried apricots. - Peel and chop the pistachios. - Chop the hazelnuts and chop the cranberries.

Add everything to the melted chocolate. Pour into a mold lined with baking paper.
