We peel and remove the bones from the medlars.

Put it in a saucepan and add the dried apricots. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, being careful not to burn.

Once cooked we grind it with the blender. We pass it to a bowl and add the chia. Stir well.

We can now transfer it to a jar and it can be kept for about a week in the refrigerator.
