Cut the zucchini into thin strips or in spaghetti shape with the spiralizer. We also peel and cut the pears.

Pour the cream into a saucepan over medium heat and when it is about to boil, add the cheese and stir until it melts completely.

When everything is melted, add the pear, stir and after a few minutes add the zucchini.

Stir for a couple of minutes, remove from heat, let stand 2 minutes and serve.

Once served, decorate with some nuts and enjoy.
