Preheat the oven to 180g (heat below). Chop the pumpkin in a food processor or a mincer and set aside.

Beat the eggs and gradually add the baking powder, flour and cinnamon while mixing.

Grease the mold with a little AVOE or coconut oil and pour the batter.

Bake in the oven at 160 degrees (heat below) for 50 minutes. To check if it is done, prick with a toothpick and if it comes out clean it is done.
