Crush the corn flakes. Set aside.

Cut the turkey breast into medium pieces and season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Beat an egg and coat the reserved turkey pieces first in the egg and then in the crushed cornflakes.

Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Optional: serve with deluxe potatoes, yogurt sauce (you have the recipes in my profile) or carrot sticks.
