Fry the onion, previously cut into julienne strips, in a frying pan with a spoonful of olive oil.

Once browned, add the juice of the oranges. Season with salt to taste and let it cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.

Then transfer the sauce to a bowl and add a teaspoon of cornstarch. Grind with the help of a blender until a fine and silky texture is obtained.

In the same pan, we mark the salmon fillets with a couple of drops of olive oil, previously seasoned with salt and pepper. Then add the sauce.

Let cook 5 more minutes over low heat and with the pan covered, so that the salmon finishes cooking inside.

Add some chopped chives for garnish and ready to serve and enjoy!
