Chop the green bell pepper, the onion, the 2 cloves of garlic and the 2 pear tomatoes, sauté the first 3 until soft, then add the tomatoes and sauté. Add the white wine and let evaporate over medium heat. Blend everything.

Brown the diced sirloin steak, add the minced mixture, and add the rice, sauté for a minute. Add the chicken broth and the curcuma, bring to a boil and lower to medium heat. Important not to stir too much, if you need more broth or water add, 20 minutes more or less until tender. Let stand covered for 10 minutes.
