In a tray put enough oil (without covering the hake) and add the garlic and parsley. Coat the fish and leave it for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 120掳 (heat up and down). Optional: after 5 or 6 minutes I turn it over so that it is well done on both sides and does not remain dry.

In the meantime, prepare the AVOCADO SAUCE. Beat the avocado, 1/2 lemon juice, 1/2 clove of garlic, basil, salt, pepper and a little water. Spread it on the toast and add the tomato and chia seeds.
