Ratatouille (monsieur cuisine plus) with grilled pork loin

Chop the onion, peppers and zucchini into medium pieces and add them to the glass. Program speed 4, 50 seconds. Remove the mixture from the glass and let it rest.

Add the 50 ml of oil and program speed 1, 120°, 2 minutes.

Add to the glass the vegetables that were resting and program 14 minutes, 130° without cover. Then another 6 minutes at the same temperature.

Then add the tomato and salt to taste and program speed 1, reverse, 120° for 20 minutes.
