Preparación de la receta

Cut the bell pepper into strips, sauté in the oil (in the paella pan) and set aside.

Sauté the meat in the bell pepper oil until well done.

While the meat is frying, crush the tomato, 2 cloves of garlic, parsley and saffron.

When the meat is well done, add the tomato puree and fry it all together (meat + puree).

Add water (preferably water in excess, it can be reserved) and bring to a boil to absorb the flavors.

Once it starts to boil, season with salt and pepper and adjust as necessary.

Add the rice and boil for 20 minutes.

When it has been boiling for a while, put the bell pepper on top.

After 20 minutes, cover and let stand 10 minutes and serve.
