Steam the vegetables in a large frying pan or wok. I cover them lightly with water and cover the pan. Approximately 10 minutes cooking time, stirring. This will depend on how you like your vegetables.

Add the chicken with the soy. If all the sauce has been absorbed, add more. This again is to taste. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
